Terrific experience at Germain Cadillac. For convenience, I negotiated the purchase and trade in via email. I arrived at a set time for the test drive and they were ready for me to sign papers. It was bar far the easiest and least stressful experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I went in a week later for service and they have an amazing designated work area for customers. I had a private office that was clean and quiet. Incredible experience.
Best car purchase experience 9 have ever had i my 20 + years of purchasing. Even my 20 year old son enjoyed it (he actually put his phone down). From the 1st phone call to signing the paperwork, Robert, Brad and Zach were courteous, professional, engaging and witty. The showroom was phenomenal, the waiting area was comfortable, although wait time was very minimal, very clean and spacious with courtesy refreshments available for customers.
I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Germain Cadillac this last Friday. The staff at Germain are wonderful. My car is always washed and vacuumed after service, and the waiting room is comfortable. Keep up the excellent service.
My Daughter was in the market for a good quality used car. Mike Perkins with the Cadillac Team at Easton did an amazing job communicating and showing my daughter a few vehicles that fit what she was looking for. The team at Easton was so excited when my daughter told them she wanted the car in her name because she was paying cash for the car. Mike Perkins and Zach in finance made her feel so special for working hard and saving her money and being responsible for a girl her age. Thank you Mike for the great Customer Service.
Very impressed with the professionalism, culture and class that is so evident at Easton’ s Cadillac. I worked with Brad Martinkovich, a perfect gentleman. He is so efficient, capable and helpful. I highly recommend you go see Brad. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car before.nI was also helped by Zachary Nugen in finance, another gentleman (rare to find folks like Brad and Zachary nowadays) who was so transparent and clearly explained every step and every available option.nI am super happy. Do not buy a car without giving Brad and Zachary a visit. You will not be disappointed.
