Germain Ford Beavercreek. The worst salesperson, knew for 8 hrs that I would be at the dealership to look at a used truck. She knew absolutely nothing about the truck didn't know that it was absolutely filthy on the inside and out. Wasn't even sure which one it was. I felt totally disrespected by her and the dealership. I give them a big fat ZERO
Awful. Went to sign papers to purchase a car after my wife had driven the vehicle. Had only replaced two of the four worn tires. Would rather sell an unsafe 30k car and complete a sale than spend the 500 bucks. Ended up spending 36k with another dealer for a better car and a much more professional buying experience.
These guys have taken great care of me for years. Dealt mostly with the Cadillac side of things, but Mercedes and the others are just as great.
The entire staff is amazing. The service they provide is exceptional, bar none. Easy to make service singleness with, which they immediately send you a email confirmation so you can add it to your calendar. The waiting room is relaxing and comfy. I don't mind having my car serviced anymore.
I was looking at high-end cars and they have a bunch. I was treated very fairly very with friend Lee customer service. I took a ride in a car test drove on people are very friendly they have kept up with me probably down the road in the next 6 months to a year I'm going to go trade my car in and buy one from them.
