What an incredible experience. From the first person I met to the last person I said goodbye to. Michael, the sales manager, was fantastic and so accommodating - really felt like he valued my business.nnMy salesperson, Ken, was top notch. Very informed, flexible and, most of all, committed to great guest service. Constantly reminding me, through his grace and courtesy, why I selected Mercedes-Benz and more specifically Germain in Easton.nnThe rest of the crew was also very helpful and kind. My service representative Kristin Robbins makes my visit more pleasant. Kristin is always so professional and very prompt getting back with me.I always appreciate great customer service. She gets back with me with updates about my car and I love that! Who likes not knowing what's wrong with their car.Whats even more appreciated is when Mercedes Service was done with my car. I was beyond grateful Kristin mentioned how they could drop it off to my job! Now that is top notch service!! Kristin offering that was so convenient for me! I couldn't get away from work. Mercedes Benz of Easton Customer Service is WONDERFUL!

I purchased my car here nearly 4 years ago. It was a very special day and the start of a special relationship. I have never had my car services at any other Mercedes location. My last trip was just as smooth and enjoyable as my first. They gave me a recorded experience of the service I needed done and why. I waited all my life to buy what I felt would be the very best car. I got more than a car....I got a relationship that comes with a great dealership. Thank you gentlemen.

Today, I had one of the best customer service experiences. In midst of this pandemic you expect that some things will never be the same. Well I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated Marcus Miller. He provided me with A+ service from start to finish. In preparation for my visit, he sent me a video to let me know it was him I would be meeting. He helped me understand all features of my car inside and out and had extreme attention to detail. He was prepared, efficient, quick but not pushy and overall a joy to be around. I would go to Marcus and no one else for my next car!

I have long been a fan of the Mercedes brand but i am a super fan of this dealership and the service department. They continue to wow me with their customer service, continual updates to the showroom and their innovations in communicating and connecting with the customer. Kristin Robbins goes above and beyond scheduling and following my service needs through to conclusion. She works very hard to ensure that i am happy with the whole experience. I was also really surprised when i received a video inspection of my vehicle from the service technician Christopher Gray. Keep up the good work, Mercedes-Benz of Easton
