Went to Germain today to LOOK at a vehicle and maybe test drive. Well, I test drove a different vehicle, fell in love with it and Jared made it happen. He was extremely professional NOT pushy as some car sales staff are. He listened to me and my budget. I pick up my car in a few days. Can’t wait to drive it. Shout to Kyle and Pam. I purchased a vehicle qpat Germain Infiniti of Easton. I originally was assisted by the Sales Manager Jeff Wright. He was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle and the pricing of new and used. Jeff and Mikel Berry both made themselves available to work around my schedule. After I made the purchase decision the Financing details with Adrian were handled professionally and with accuracy and promptness. Since it was a used vehicle they aided me in repair of small dings in the door as requested. The detail cleaning on the interior and exterior was fantastic. It was an outstanding purchase experience and I highly recommend the whole team. Thanks to Mikel for providing all of the great follow up.

Unbelievably poor service. My car was returned to me without a mirror cap (I was having the starter repaired), and was told I have to wait 2 hours to see the general manager to discuss. Two hours! It is a Saturday but really? I’m one hour in on my wait....might order in lunch. Ha!nI would be extremely hesitant to take my car here for repairs in the future. The customer service is non existent.
