I recently purchased a used vehicle from Germain Mazda. The customer service is Grade A. I've dealt with the sales, finance, and service departments. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service desk workers. Clean and covid compliant. Always friendly sales teams that remember you from visit to visit. Free car wash if you bought your car here. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate with free snacks. Large screen TV in open waiting room that was spaced even before the pandemic.

Germain of Columbus had excellent customer service! Not only did they do the full inspection for my car but they found out that my brakes were put on incorrectly and warned me about the danger my brakes possibly blowing out. They took all the parts off and reinstalled them correct, so now my car as good as new! THANK YOU so much for helping me prevent terrible situation!

Hate it horrible space to drop off cars if ur a wrecker driver. No staff wants to help either

Always good customer service. They wear masks and social distance. I noticed hand sanitizer in the waiting area.
