Salon Lofts Short North at The Hub

I booked an appointment today with Samantha Mulligan. I checked her schedule this afternoon and saw that she had slots for hair cut at 4:00pm and 4:15pm. So I went ahead and booked the appointment for 4:15pm. I was stuck in traffic for 10mins and it took me about 30 mins to reach there and another 10mins around looking for parking. After I reach there, she was with another client and told me that she didn't even realize that she had another appointment booked after that one, that she cannot do my hair today and that she could do it some other day.nHow can she not check her phone and not know when someone books an appointment with her. And if she was busy today, she should have updated her calendar. And she never messaged me later to see if I wanted to reschedule either.

I went to see Julia At salon lofts at the hub when I went to visit my family in Columbus. I live in Los Angeles and was nervous to find someone who could do my extensions and hair color. I live in Los Angeles and Julia’s hair coloring and extension techniques were all the way up to my standards!! She went above and beyond to make the experience really amazing, her loft was so clean and her aesthetics were on point. She was really professional and you can tell she not only has years of experience but really has passion for what she does. Can’t say enough how happy I was with my hair and whole experience Julia gave me!

Love this new location my stylist moved to! (Parking garage and amazing restaurants) I can be picky with my hair and Julia gets it right everytime and takes the time to listen to exactly what I want! Bonus: Their booth is clean, spacious and super cute.

I saw Julia at the Hub location for a haircut. I live in Los Angeles and came to Columbus to visit my family and I was referred to Julia. I always get nervous when coming to someone new so a hair cut and I am VERY particular about my fades and Julia did an amazing job! Everything was perfectly blended.
