I'm pretty picky about how I want my hair cut, and my stylist Lane Grimes is so great, works with me every step of the way and is super understanding. The person at the front desk even put a quarter in the meter for me at the appropriate time because I parked in the wrong spot! Super friendly and chill place, and very good quality haircuts. I get compliments all the time!

I’ve been seeing Ross for 5 years, previously at his former salon and now at Co.Lab. I had no doubt that the new space would be just as lovely as the old one, and I was right. It’s gorgeous. The location is much more convenient for me; love that I can walk there! Ross is just the best, I’d follow him anywhere:)

Ross is hands down the best in the city! He is incredibly talented. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The vibe is modern and fun. It’s in a great neighborhood. Very walkable. You will not be disappointed in coming to this salon. My wife gets her hair done here too, and loves it!

I have been going to Ross for years, following him anywhere he goes! I was excited to hear about his new space in the Short North, and it is absolutely beautiful! Ross is amazing! He takes the time to discuss what cut/color would look best on you and work best for your hair, and he explains exactly what he is going to do and why. His work is art- he has such an amazing talent! He is so fun to chat with, and the entire rest of the staff is wonderful as well.... it feels like I'm hanging out with old friends every time I go.

Cortney has been coloring my hair for over a year—she is so talented and she is so good at balayage! She truly cares about her clients. I love what she does to my hair every time! And I love that we try out different hair products. I especially love the Kevin Murphy line. Thank you for all that you do, Cortney! Can’t wait for my next appointment with you!
