I am an unsatisfied customer. Chris overcharges for poor quality. $200 and some pieces of my natural hair were left uncolored? For that reason I could not put my sew-in up in a ponytail. Also I get dark rinses every six months and never has my hair broken off the way it did with her. Also cutting many inches of my real hair to blend with my full sew-in is not okay! I STRESS the quality of work is not worth $200.00. If I talk about the bad I must talk about the good. On the flipside Chris was able to work on my hair within 10 minutes of me arriving, which isn’t a long wait compared to other stylist. However getting me in quick to do a horrible job and overcharge is not worth it, I will not be returning.nThe main purpose of this review is to hope she gives better service to her new customers not to hurt her business. We deserve better!

I left with my hair silky, soft and moisturized. Chris gives the best silk presses in the city!

The salon is cute however, if your natural, the press and curl will not last you until you get home. I have kinky, curly hair and I have went a few times when the weather was not humid to get a press and curl. Chris did my hair and she would get you in a chair w/in 10 mins. I found her to be heavy handed pulling on my hair a lot and burning my scalp w/ the flat iron every now and then. She curled my hair cute, but it did not last. About time I got home, I would have to find another style for my hair like a goddess braid b/c my hair was reverting. Lastly, I would try to talk to her about my natural hair and see if I could get any advice taking care of it and she had no answers. She kept trying to push a keratin treatment. My goal is to have healthy hair however, she was not willing to give any good advice for naturals.
