I struggled with the phone banking a bit trying to get a payoff quote. The place I was selling to had a specific list of items they wanted on the payoff quote, so I decided to go to the branch. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman Personal banker I worked with was phenomenal. I had to come through on two separate occasions and worked with him both times. He got me exactly what I needed in a very timely fashion.
Curtis is one of the best representatives there. Helped me a lot during finance of my vehicle.
Been on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for a representative. Unacceptable.

Let me start by saying I have never wrote a google review in my life.nnI’ve always experienced long wait times in the drive though but today was absolutely ridiculous. The drive though machine that I pulled up to must have been out of order, although it didn’t state that. So I waited for 15 minutes, pressed the call button twice, watched people come and go who had gotten there 10/15 minutes AFTER me. Once I pulled up to the working machine in the next lane, the proceed to have me wait. Awful customer service.
