Mask enforcement for employees is absolutely abhorrent here. There's a younger Black woman who works here and never wears a mask. I've given her at least three reminders on three different occasions that employees are required to wear masks in all stores throughout the state of Ohio, but she continues to act as if rules don't apply to her.nnI go here because it's conveniently close, but I can't in good conscience continue to go if employees are allowed to willfully put themselves and others at risk by not wearing a mask in the midst of a pandemic that's claiming the lives of thousands of Americans a day.

The area around the gas pumps and the parking spots is consistently littered with garbage. Much of this garbage is blown across the street and into the local river. The owner needs to pick up the garbage on the property.

I’m wanting to give 1 star at the moment but I have to take into consideration all the wonderful experiences I’ve had at this location. The woman that’s usually there weekends and during the day is so personable and upbeat, and the two young men I’ve seen are very kind; however, the lady that works evenings has been so rude to me on multiple occasions. I’ve been working customer throughout the whole pandemic and have really wanted to consider all the things that could be contributing to her poor attitude and go easy but I can’t not share after having to leave the store without my purchase because I couldn’t stand to speak with her any longer.

The woman who works evenings has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions for no reason at all. I am always perfectly pleasant to her to try and avoid her rudeness but no matter how pleasant I am she is always rude. On Dec. 18 2020 at about 5:05 pm, I went in and grabbed a couple of things and headed to the register. No one was there so I just stood there patiently waiting, then I heard her yell “one second” to which I replied “no problem” and then she came over and started ringing up my items without saying a word and seemed VERY annoyed. She then asked “anything else for you?” And I asked “yeah, can I please get one of the number sixteen scratcher tickets, the... “ she cut me off as I started to say the name of the ticket and said “all I need to know is the number, I don’t need to know all that extra stuff” in an extremely rude tone. This is probably the 5th negative encounter that I’ve had with this woman. If I have to continue having encounters with this person to be a customer at this store then I won’t be coming to this bp anymore and will start going to the speedway across the street. I’ve noticed the other negative reviews on here are also about a rude lady that works the evenings. I’m guessing it’s the same woman. On my receipt it says her name is Nila, however she never wears a name tag.

The Older lady who works the evening hours is an absolute miserable human being who doesn’t have a kind bone in her body. Clearly social skills are not a job requirement here.
