Was over charged by the rude cashier trying to tell me she didn't scan something when I held it up to be scanned. And my daughter got a pb&jelly sandwich that had hair in it. Cashier named Diamond I will never shop here again

The woman working at 10:25 PM on November 1, 2019 Had the most negative attitude about customers that were in line previous and after us along with mine and my friends experience. She stated that she didn’t carry certain merchandise when we clearly saw it behind the counter that she did and try to give us an attitude about her not caring it in her store when we saw it displayed. She then continued to not even acknowledge my presence as I checked out nor offered to give me a receipt. She gave off a very strong impression that she did not respect her job or the customers that came into her Store. She was very preoccupied with her outside life instead of the job that was clearly paying her bills from day today.

Michael Hamill was arrogant and condescending to me. I didn't see any parking places and parked on corner the store, I was running in for a pop. He approached me so nasty that made me not want to move my car. If he had said your car will be blocking people..please park over here or there. No he do think you are parking the proper place. He told all cashiers to not sale me anything. My take away was he was not properly customer service trained or refused to use those skills.

Worst customer service ever! My husband tries to help me get the soap dispenser working in the restroom while my daughter holds the door. A male employee come running out with a clipboard screaming at us saying they don’t have anymore soap get out of the bathroom and stop holding it up! Wow! Then proceeds to tell us how he has paperwork to do and doesn’t have time to assist us. In the mean while follows us out the door to stand outside and smoke a cigarette and socialize with the other employees.nI would give a zero star if that was possible. I’ll definitely NEVER go back.
