The customer service is very disappointing. Unlike other high end stores of this caliber, the sales team does not proactively help to find sizes at other stores or online. I tried to do an even exchange today (same item, different size) and the sales associate insisted on charging me full price for an item I had previously bought on sale, charing me over $30 for the difference. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me I could call customer service. I love the Anthropologie brand but unfortunately won't be shopping at this location again.
Great store design and products for boho women
Just wanted to leave a review for excellent customer service over the phone from Blair who was super helpful and friendly when I called looking for an item!!
I love this location! Two floors to explore and lots to look at. Clothes and decor add well as kitchen and bath. Lots of great gift options. Candles, journals, glassware, etc.
The staff was super friendly and informed me on all deals throughout the store. I would definitely go back just for the customer experience!! Thank you! Made my day during the busy holiday season.
