Carissa was fantastic to work with!! My husband was able to do a virtual appointment with Carissa and discuss what he was looking for. She was friendly, professional, and efficient, and understood exactly the style and comfort he was looking for. We are in Texas, so cool material is highly desirable to my husband. Carissa had measurements from him previously, but walked me through getting exact measurements to confirm they were still the same (hello 2020). She also took pictures of him on the virtual call in shirts similar to what he was looking for. His delivery arrived and we were both very pleased with the style Carissa designed for him in both the dress pants and dress shirt, and the comfort. This is the first time my husband has had a pair of dress slacks made for him, and wow!! Let’s just say custom fit really is flattering!!
Was very happy with my custom tux. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out. The whole process was easy and painless and they have a huge selection of materials to choose from. Katie Hire was my clothier and she was great. Super helpful, friendly, and honest about what looks good and what does not. Would highly recommend to anyone!
When I was looking for a suit to wear for my upcoming birthday I ran into Balani and let’s say it was the best decision I ever made. I worked with Katie who was very nice and extremely helpful. I got my suit tailored to my taste and delivered at a decent time. I’m a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.
Katie Hire did an amazing job getting me in my new jacket! Absolute star from start to finish!! From working with me to pick out a jacket style, to fitting, to meeting me at my office for final adjustments, then to shipping the jacket to me after it was complete. 10/10 recommend Katie H. to handle all your custom clothing needs!!
Amazing result working with Katie here at Balani. Not only was she very great and helpful in finding the right suit for me, but also styling and putting together the entire look. Will definitely be back for any other suits made and highly recommend.
