I do appreciate the thorough diagnostics done on my Volvo. Julie was above and beyond :) she explained everything with patience, walked me to my truck, made sure my truck is running fine. Truckers!! Just be clear about your truck needs and how much time you can spare, and they will work with you accordingly.

Worse experience ever. 1st they’ve had my tractor for a full wk. over a DPF. Gave be a confusing quote on the work that read. DPF needed cleaned or replaced. With a $2,300 tab. $1,200 of that being for parts on CLEANING or REPLACING. But no matter how many times I asked. They couldn’t explain he it was the same price and parts for either of the two things. That might need done. Then 4 days into the process of figuring out which one would need done. They informed me. that it would be an additional $2,000 because the DPF was bad and needed replaced. That when I got my warranty company involve. Once they got involved the DPF was no longer bad. It was. Again I quote, just not good either. I’ve been lied to about the status of my tractor. What does and doesn’t need done, on with my tractor. A different story every time. At this point I know I’m being robbed. I just want my tractor back. Seems as either they don’t know what they’re doing. Or they know what they’re doing is wrong. One week to get a service check engine light off.
This Volvo don’t buy parts or fix you truck they willnthey are liars the beware. This Volvo dealership need close I’m filling lawsuits against this dealershipnDon’t trust what they say to you
