Bad cars, customer service, ppl overall. They stall to do things and most cars are lemons. And they all on drugs or ex cons .
Purchased a 2002 for $1200 cash from here about 45 days ago. Had it inspected by my trusted mechanic and it's solid car aside from a worn out gasket that needed replaced. Very happy with the vehicle.nnCustomer service, organization, sales skills, etc. have a lot of room for improvement. I believe many of the issues could be resolved by hiring a competent office manager. Until then, there's confusion, lost or incomplete titles, no phone answering, multiple trips to try to get titles, etc.nnHonestly... I would have payed another $500 just to avoid the title run around and poor customer service.
Don’t get a car from here, they’ll tell you everything works and the car is great. The car won’t even last a week. Chris is rude. I finally was able to get in contact with him after trying to reach out to them and haven’t been able to and he is being completely rude. They don’t pick up the phone, they are never open. DON’T GET A CAR FROM HERE. The reviews on here that are good they probably had their friends and family leave them.
