I ordered from Uber eats and wanted the hot and cold cup of the new reuseable cups and they didn’t have the lid to the hot cup but got a refund a gift card and a cute note they went above and beyond they are amazing

The ladies here are so nice and really put in extra effort to make you feel welcome and the drinks are always AMAZING. Best Starbucks I've ever been to.

These Starbucks employees have put in so much hard work that you have during these hectic times. Everyone in your this always goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a FABULOUS experience every time I walk through their doors.nI’ve been consistently visiting this location DAILY for the past year and a half—minus COVID closure times, and I have never left feeling any less than completely satisfied. I have all of the employees to thank for that.nAs a former barista, I know how straining busy times—and some customers—can be. They all are always so poised and ready to take on ANY challenge that may come their way.nEveryone at this location is always around when I’m looking for a new drink suggestion, need a little pick me up for my day, or even just want to have a brief conversation. They are so understanding/caring, and I genuinely appreciate that.nThe baristas have to deal with me when I’m at my worst—tired and craving caffeine. Nobody is fun to deal with when they're half asleep, but everyone here handles it very well.nnIf you work here, thank you for EVERYTHING. You all never fail to improve my day 100%. :)

Love this starbs! It’s normally super slow unless there’s some event downtown. No drive thru and it smells really good in here all the time. Idk kinda gives me COSI vibes. Love all the partners!!
