I waited 40 minutes just to place my order and then another 30 to actually receive it. The workers do not hustle, they stand around talking, AND when I got my drink, it was 95% milk and a small layer of coffee at the top. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that was so ridiculous. The one worker was complaining to her coworker that all the customers were staring at her and Starbucks needed to figure out a way to hide when they make our coffee. WHAT! Long wait, rude service, and incorrect drinks.
Just had a great experience at this location. The cashier was very helpful and courteous and the barista went above and beyond to ensure my drink was correct. Thanks for the great service.
The slowest group of workers I have ever seen. 40 mins for my drink. 8 people standing around talking while one person tries to figure out the cash register. People lined up the door while workers move at a snails pace. Unbelievable.
Friendly and clean but somehow forgot to put the chai in my chai. I was literally the only person in there. Should have tasted it before I got back to work.
Absolutely THE slowest and worst managed. Each day in line for 35-60 minutes! 2-3 people working. Poor staffing. If conventions going on, staff your location! How can you have one register going with over 30 people in line! Yesterday waited in line 32 minutes and then waited 35 minutes to actually get my drink (basic peppermint mocha)! Only Reason for more than one star is that most staff is friendly.
