We had a good time. When you arrive make sure to sign in at the main entrance. We were in line for about 20 minutes. Once in there is quite a bit of variety. You use your phone to order and they text you when the food is ready. I got the adobo chicken bowl which was excellent, my wife ordered the lobster roll, which took way longer than expected. Overall a good experience with good ambience.

Good food selection. Use of the toast app is a little clunky but functional, but it's nice to order from your table and only go get your food when it's ready and not wait in lines. The food we tried was good. It's cafeteria style seating and can be a little noisy but it's overall a good experience and worth the trip. We'll be back to try other restaurants.

This isn't family friendly. At least not while it's new and busy/at capacity. It's super loud, we were sat at a cocktail table (low to the ground with couches and zero chance you're eating over it) and the ordering is okay but not ideal. Kids/I wanna look at stuff! Also, having a cocktail server makes no sense, it was frustrating I had to have an open tab with her while working the rest of the restaurants ordering system through toast. We had 5 people and toast tells you an order is ready but not which one! This is on toast obviously and formatted for each person to order on their own device. Food halls are great because you get to pick what you want but this one is a pass. North Market's setup is more appealing and family friendly.

Initially we had to wait about 30 minutes but time flew by. Once we entered we were escorted to our seat at the bar. The bartender was phenomenal, made us excellent drinks (Staufs cocktail) and told us how to order. We ordered from comfort kitchen..those fries were amazing. Then we moved upstairs to the rooftop only to have an AMAZING waiter to let us order and deliver our drinks as we enjoyed a unique view of the skyline.

The food and drinks were overpriced and not good. The concept is confusing for no reason and the workers were rude.nnThey did a lot to make the inside cool- but I will not be returning.
