Clean store. Neatly stocked shelves. Easy checkout.

Stopped to get dog licenses (2), the cashier tried to be nice difficult with 2 supervisors complaining so that they were ALL you heard. So upsetting I didn't shop just left.

Though a good store overall, their pick up grocery function is in a terrible state. There is NO clear signage denoting where someone should go, staff is clueless as to where people should go (because there is no clear signage), and once you get to the area, the signage is confusing and gives the impression that there are only 4 pickup slots instead of 8, which causes people to queue up behind and blocking slots 6-8 because they think there are only 4 slots. Routing the cars behind the complex with clear signage so that they EXIT near the pharmacy would be better planning and would not box in those already in the pickup slots and so that those picking up groceries don’t end up with spoiled groceries because they can’t leave. (Having a staff member actively herding cars to slots would also reduce confusion) Also, put up clear signage EVERYWHERE and on the western and eastern approaches as well as train ALL staff to correctly route people to where they need to go. No staff member should ever have to go on a wild goose chase to find someone who might know something yet in the end knows nothing.

Terrible staff!!!! Rude rude rude.

This particular Kroger is not my local store. I was just in the area and stopped by to see if they happened to have items that my local Kroger has a problem stocking. I did find 2 of the 4 items I was looking for, so 50% successful.nI like a lot of the Kroger brands and would hate to have to give these items up. However, Kroger has gone downhill in my opinion. They have a definite problem keeping their shelves stocked!! I ALWAYS leave the store without items I intended to purchase! I'm not talking about toilet paper either. Paper towels, maybe. Cleaning products definitely! But also items that there shouldn't be a 'run' on, like frozen pizza. I don't believe the COVID-19 virus has anything to do with pizza! They just don't keep their shelves stocked!! Perhaps management needs a lesson on how to order stock. If an item or items are selling out quickly, or at all, they need to ORDER MORE of that stock.nFurthermore, their produce (that is featured in their TV commercials) is terrible!! I've stopped purchasing most of their fruit because it's NOT good tasting. The sweet onions aren't sweet. I've also picked thru items like organic broccoli and cauliflower because it's old and turning brown. And at the prices they charge I shouldn't have to!!nMy local Kroger is the Hebron store and they are terrible at keeping items on hand. Management at that store REALLY needs a lesson on how to keep the shelves stocked. And again, I don't mean toilet paper.
