We had a long day so we decided to order pizza for dinner. We order online, 20 minutes before closing. It said the max time would be 45 minutes. When I checked tracking they were still making our order and it had been 30 minutes. I tried to call to see if they were still going to fulfill our order but the store was closed so I couldn't get through to anyone. An hour later they had canceled our order online with no contact with me at all. I had a hungry family waiting for food for an hour that wasn't even coming.

Nice pizza place in the suburbs. Deep dish pizza was alright and didn't taste like the original Uno in Chicago. Thin crust pizza was good. To save the time and distance from driving to the one in Georgetown this place is a good alternative. Will visit t again. It was empty so service was quick.

Extremely incompetent these days, used to be good have now had repeated issues with them forgetting the basicals like, to put sauce on the pizza (a pizza without sauce is just cheese sticks with extra toppings and cut weird). Have given repeated chances every few months or so and the result is the same, at least one pizza shows up without sauce, my 4yo could make a better pizza, at least he know what’s supposed to go on a pizza,nnI wonder how many times you incompetency employees have forgotten the dough and just flung toppings in the oven.nLucky I’m not their boss they would be out looking for a new job. This really is inexcusable there is NO excuse for it happening one time but this is a repeated issue.

They said they tried to deliver my food twice, I never got a call or even a knock on my door. I will never be ordering food from here again. By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life

I gave verbal instructions, and was talking to the driver on the phone, and she drove right past me with my food and I never received my dinner. so that night, I went to bed hungry, and I don't know if I'll ever eat at Papa John's again.
