Used To be great. But management had a better idea. They ruined it. I understand it's owned by foreigners.nnNo waitresses to take your order. You order like a fast-food place & someone brings it too you.nnWon't be back

The ordering process was smooth even with the rona changes. I WILL say that the main reason we went was Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang, but I disagree with his review, the burger was phenomenal! Way better than the cheesecake factory's burgers and we will definitely be back again!

Did not need a reservation. My friend and I entered the restaurant and we each got a plastic-coated menu to look at. We took the menu to our seats and decided what we wanted. Then, you go back up to the cashier desk and place your order. You also pay for it right then and leave your tip all before you get your food. I ordered the fried fish dinner and it includes 2 sides. I got the cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy and hot tea to drink. Everything was delicious and we had a very attentive waitress. It was a quiet atmosphere and it was nice to be able to talk with my friend without shouting.

We love this place. Owner is personable and always come by to speak to us about our experience. The staff are incredible and service is correct and fast. My 7 year old daughter picks this restaurant every time! She loves sitting at the bar. The food is excellent and budget friendly. I have been coming to a big bit since I was a girl and took my other children who are now 31,30 and 27 because of the value for young families. Will continue to come here for many years!

Always delicious. Big boy with onion rings and tossed salad. Cherry vanilla coke. Piece of carrot cake to go. I have never had a complaint here. Excellent food with nice service.
