I waited over 25 min just to order the line was not overly long. I get to the drive through speaker where they say they will be with me in a moment and wait another 5 min for than to get back on the speaker and say youve been taken care of right. I understand being busy but no one should wait in a drive thru for that long

They are definitely not Freaky Fast as the last two times I have ordered it has taken almost an hour to get my food. I come from the Athens Ohio area and that Jimmy Johns has FAR BETTER service than this one.

Fast service and nice people. Slightly tricky on how to get to drive-thru but once you figure it out, it's all good.ud83dude01

On 10/22 we ordered at drive thru. Ordered #5 and#9 we live about 20min away and could not return waiting for ADT at home. Called immediately and the rudeness, excuses and lies started after 42 days and multiple calls to store manager an GM and feedback to corporate. We received 2 coupons NOT WHAT WE ORDERED They lied to us repeatedly would not give there name. I did get a good response from feedback at corporate , I think. I realize it's only a deli sub but how about some service. Bob & Kim grove. GO TO PENN STATION

I live less than a half mile from the store and my delivery always takes at least an hour. I worked for Jimmy John's and would deliver orders to customers in the same distance in less than 5-10min.....on my bike.nnFood usually is fine, nothing much to complain about there. The customer service certainly needs improvement.nnUpdate December 2020nStill horridly slow with everything they do. Drive through takes at least 10min (and we were the only ones)
