I like the fact that the key is larger than normal. It be better to have the machine make the key & the customer gets to retrieve the product right then & there.nnUnderstandable that not all locations (stores) can make keys & the kiosk makes it easier than traveling everywhere to find a store to make one.nnOnce purchased, a confirmation email was sent & all I needed to do was wait for the mail to deliver my key to me. Tracking ability made things easier to see exactly where the key is, in the delivery process.nnFinding the enlarged key on my keyring also makes finding it among my other keys so much faster & easier.nnThanks for such a professional service!

I had tried two other places and they did not support making my key to my strongbox. I went to Menards and used the KeyMe laser machine. It quick and easy to use. Within 4-5 days later I received my extra keys. Thanks!

I only needed a house key copied but found they have all kinds of services. About half the price of other key copies I've had made before and for some weird reason, the copy I just bought actually worked better than the master key that came with the lock.
