Mr. Stevenson was there for me. He provided me with all data he received. He is ept at keeping me apprised of my status, providing reminders of what my next responsibility was. He was always there to answer any questions i had while guiding me through the entire process. He was outstanding with getting my charge lowered to a very tolerable charge. Mr. Stevenson is very prompt, standing as an upright professional who does his job while also providing you with the comfort of knowing he’s listening.
