I Have never been to a yoga class before. I have always had some interest in it and wanted to spiritually connect with myself and feel better all around. I called Jacquie and she said she had an opening that day at 11:30. I said PERFECT! I was a little nervous because I have never been to a class and didn't want to hold any advanced ppl back. I'm also healing from Achilles tendonitis. So my ankle is very weak right now. I got there and Jaccie was so warm and inviting. She has this energy about her that is amazing! I instantly felt welcomed. I stumbled a little but kept pushing myself. Everyone was awesome and I felt like i fit right in. Jacquies class is one of a kind. I came back Friday for my second class and I AM HOOKED! If you have ever wanted to try yoga and feel better about yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. Book an appointment! I have even started doing a little yoga with my kids before bedtime. They love it. Sending so much love and light to you Jacquie! I LOVE PEARL YOGA!
Pearl Yoga is the most wonderful yoga studio! The teachers are kind and loving and truly make you feel welcome and at peace in the space. I'm so happy with the classes I have taken and lessons I have learned here! Namaste.
