Me and my daughter go there to get our hair cuts there all the time. They are great with cutting hair BUT we went there to get color in our hair this last time, it was suppose to be purple and it was for a week but most people said it looked blue to them then after that it turned like a mermaid blueish green color and its staying that color now. The next time we went in like a month later we told the lady that was going to cut my daughters hair (different lady) about what happened to our hair after we left last time and she said she will give the manager my phone number and have him call me and that he'll make it right. It's been a couple weeks since then and still no phone call.

In all the years I've gone to the JCPenney in Lancaster, Ohio, I've only encountered nice employees who are willing to help should the need arise. Great customer service and good product selection, and if you can't find it there, check online or in the app! Happy shopping!

Went there to do a little personal and Christmas shopping. The lady who checked us out was absolutely amazing!! She was friendly, patient and helpful. I will definitely go back there to shop again!!
