Ladies upon entry and checkout were friendly. Would've liked to get checked out faster but the cashiers are required to ask for phone numbers and donations to the company's charity of choice.. I feel like that's solicitation of the customer for the company's eventual tax write off, (i understand other big retailers do it too) hopefully the cash generated goes to the benefit of people in need. (I've donated time or money at least once a month for decades now btw)
They have really cool items like pins and other knick knacks that you can't really get anywhere else. Very friendly staff and good selection of stuff :)
The 3 workers were too busy discussing their personal lives than greeting or assisting customers. I wasn't the only one visibly annoyed!
All the employeesare super nice and they always have some kinda great sale going on.
RUDE service.nI was looking at body jewelry and was not helped one time. They wasn't busy as I was the only one in the store. The employees would rather stand at the registers on their phones. Took my money over to Spencer's
