Management at this McDonald's is amazing! Food is always fast and hot! I doordash and the manager was very helpful and getting our orders out to us as fast as possible. No complaints whatsoever about this McDonald's or the one on East main Street. Keep up the good work. Thank you

There's usually a long line here, typically depending on what time of day you decide to order here. Long lines are usually at breakfast, lunch and dinner, like most fast food places. I noticed if I order a frappe from the drive thru I get it much quicker than if I order a frappe from inside the building. They don't seem to mind letting people wait on the inside. They have great coupons through the McDonald's app.

Forgot my chicken nuggets went back to drive through window with my slip gave me a hard time then gave me my 4 piece chicken nuggets to only be 3 chicken nuggets in the box. Everytime I go through they forget something. I realize there busy but if you forget to put items in the order you should be nicer to your customers it wasn't my vault you didn't get the entire order correct as you bagged it. McDonald's memorial drive Sunday night May.4,2021. Was the last time for this issue. Treat your customers with kindness no matter what is the way I was taught.

Sweet tea was more of a SALT TEA however a plain quarter pounder is too hard for them to make as mine wasn’t plain, they fixed it in the process however, without mention, still had Mayo and nasty onion taste to it. All around my order was jacked and I wasn’t even informed. I can still see Mayo and ketchup on a PLAIN CHEESE ONLY BURGER. Just my experience though :)
