This location on South broad Street can be somewhat difficult occasionally to get in and out of due to its building placement and the ATM is not even attached to the parking lot in the back and the only way to get out of that ATM line is to go down a very bumpy pothole filled alleyway.. yes it may be out of your way but the East main Street location is a lot easier to get a gun out of driver friendly has a light attached to the parking lot and personally I find the staff there friendlier and more willing to go out of their way to help their customer s!

This chase is horrible compared to Columbus Ohio branches. I have to ask for a receipt at times indicating my balance or my withdrawal amount. I never have had to do this when making transactions at any other chase. The wait is very long too compared to other wait times at other branches in Columbus. So busy was waiting on the street for atm it's ridiculous they shut branch down on main st dumbest thing they could have done. Ready to change banks.
