Reviews
The trucks and vans are well kept and the storage units are fine, though a little pricey. It would be helpful if the office was actually open during their posted hours. I'd have given it a higher rating if I hadn't wasted my time on several occasions rushing to get there before they closed only to find they'd closed early. At least three times there were other customers who had arrived just before and after I had. Two of them were actually supposed to pick up vans.nBeing closed at 4:50 isn't the same as being open till 5:00.
Pick up was easy as well as dropping off in and o ut no issues
Went to purchase something, unfortunately he sold it out from under me
I scheduled a UHAUL van rental to move some things on a Sunday. I also called ahead and they confirmed someone would be there. When I arrived no-one was there. I tried to use the mobile app, but to no avail. Tried to call via the number provided and no-one called me back. The operational hours are misleading, it appears no-one is there on weekends unless they happen to answer or check their voicemail during the window of 9a to 5p. I took my business to Milford UHAUL instead.
I was very happy with my storage experience!
