Greatest buisness establishments I have ever gone to, much better than Walgreens.

The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to. They are not even deserving of one. I called for a complete hour trying to get someone to answer the phone. As a matter of fact, I am still calling while doing this review. I called the front store and let them know I had been trying to get through for 35 minutes at the time. Her response was hold on I will transfer you to the pharmacy and transferred me to a still ringing phone. I will be moving all of my families prescriptions to Walmart after this. This is unacceptable! Do not do business with CVS! If there is anyone else I can contact about this situation I will be getting in touch with them as well!

If I could give zero stars I would have done so. My many experiences in this pharmacy are all negative. Rudeness of staff, including pharmacists, is obviously acceptable behavior. Turnover of staff is incredible. Communication between staff, even with computer data at their fingertips, is non- existent. This store only delivers on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they’ve been without a delivery person for many weeks. My mother in law does not drive and depends on the delivery service.nLast straw example....An inhaler was delivered to my mother-in-law and charged to her on-file credit card(which incidentally, is kept in a good ‘ol spiral notebook!). M-I-L called to tell them she wasn’t prescribed an inhaler, that she did not even know who the prescriber was, and wanted to return the inhaler and be credited the $30 that was billed to her credit card. The pharmacy staff she spoke with told her it was not possible to return the item to the pharmacy. Elderly M-I-L upset, so I, her daughter in law, took the item back to CVS. Initially I was speaking with a technician about the issue who was obviously not happy in her work environment and didn’t want deal with any type of problem. I remained pleasant with her, not wanting to fan the flames of her bad mood. She consulted with the pharmacist who then aggressively came to the counter and slammed the original digital prescription down to show that it had my mother-in-law’s name and date of birth on it, as if that was proof that M-I-L was wrong about her own prescriptions. No offer of help in figuring out this problem. She just wanted to be right. Standing in the store, my daughter and I began researching on our phones who the provider was. After a while, we discovered the provider was a nurse practitioner who had seen my M-I-L at an urgent care walk-in clinic for bronchitis MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. (Urgent care centers don’t usually send in refills for a medication after more than a year.) The prescription was an erroneous refill request for my mother-in-law, sent in from an urgent care facility. When I told the tech what the situation was, and where the refill request came from she finally said the item could be returned and the credit card charge refunded. The technician had calmed down a bit at this point and finally took the product back and refunded my mother in law’s credit card. I called the urgent care center to tell them of their error and they were upset that the mistake took place and assured me they would figure out what went wrong.nThe short, middle-age pharmacist with glasses continued her rude manner with other customers, even informing them that she didn’t normally work at this particular store, as if that excused her bad behavior. Incidentally, my mother-in-law, just the day before, had moved all of her prescriptions to a non-CVS pharmacy, because of the poor service in the past....nCVS Store #7940

If you have a question & call the store you will be on hold for ever. I folded a load of clothes & made up beds while on hold. If the company didn't insist we would NOT use CVS.

Called 3 times in a row, held well over 30 mins. Called the main store and they transferred me back to the pharmacy (the girl who transferred me was incredibly rude.) Finally after another 14 minutes I got an answer. All of this to find out what their fax number was. Guess I'll be finding a new pharmacy after tonight. And not one time did anyone apologize for the unacceptable answer times.
