Called for a heavy wrecker they showed up in less than an hour very prompt very professional and did a great job
They completed a large repair on our vehicle and in a timely manner. Friendly, quality service with competitive pricing. I would definitely suggest them to my family and friends.
They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and the work done quickly but it was pretty pricey. They towed my car about 5 miles and replaced my starter. The bill was just under $700. Their labor is $98 an hour and they charged me for about 3.5 hours for the repair. The tow was 85 and the part was about double what autozone said theirs was. They did a good job as far as i can tell but wont be going back unfortunately.

I will never go to another company for my repair needs! Although the drive is about an hour from where I live, I will always got to Bob, Jay, and team at Auto and Truck of Williamsburg. As a single mother it's scary getting your vehicle repaired and trusting that you aren't being taken advantage of. Bob came to my place of work, towed my car to his shop and repaired and returned it to me. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they fixed a problem that I had taken to another shop 4 times and that shop never found the issue. Jay found the issue within 15-20 minutes. Service has been amazing since, and I will never go elsewhere. A nice local family owned establishment filled with caring and trustworthy people. I highly recommend them for any towing or service you may need. Thank you Auto and Truck of Williamsburg!
