This is an amazing haunt! My friend and I just went for the first time last night and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. We drove 4 1/2 hours to get there and it was absolutely worth the drive. We did get the red bracelets and got exactly what we were looking for and more! The wait is normal for haunts this time of year, we waited about 2 1/2 hours for the trail. There was plenty to do in that time! There is a movie playing, there are free games and photo ops, there are many shops, a couple of food areas, a band playing, a DJ with karaoke, performers (fire performer, fire eater and aerial silks), bonfires and barrels, plus many actors walking around interacting with people. It’s a fun, festive atmosphere with or without the red bracelet. We had a blast on the trail and in the town, we will definitely be back!

I’ve been to a LOT of haunted houses in the area, and this one definitely gave me the most hands on experience. My group had the red armbands so we were drug through mud, locked in jail cells, put in barrels and rolled around, and had TONS of fake blood and mud thrown at us. Wear clothes you don’t care about and you’ll enjoy it! If the actors tell you to do something I personally recommend doing it because it makes the experience more fun for everyone (yourself AND the actors). We only had a ~30 minute wait for the trail which is leaps and bounds faster than any other haunted attraction I have been to before. A lot of reviews said that actors “insult your appearances” but I did not experience this at all. It’s a haunted house, they’re going to yell at you and say things to scare you. That’s the whole point? Ignore the one star reviews, they’re all from people who don’t understand the point of a haunted house and think that they’re special and shouldn’t have to wait even though everyone else has to wait too. Worth the wait, and definitely get the red bracelets if you want to get scared.nnSide note: they do target people who are acting scared or smaller girls with red armbands. Almost every single person in my group was targeted at some point and got drug off from the group. Very fun, but if that isn’t your thing just don’t get the armbands and you’ll be okay!

I think for a second year haunt they are doing alright. The western theme was unique and worked well with the environment. Some feedback I would offer would be to look at utilizing for in a couple areas. Such as the town and maze. I think this would add a ton of anticipation to those areas and help break up some of the space. For us the best part of out night was the town, the individual store people were awesome and everything we bought was great. We highly recommend the cider. The pacing and throughput of the trail seemed slower than one would expect for this early in the season. We arrived around 8 and there were maybe 20 cars there. It took us until 9:30 just to get in line and another 30 minutes to get to the first seen in line. The trail worked like several individual scenes with the across stopping the group to do their bit and even with the long gaps between groups and being stopped at each set we still caught up to 3 groups. I'd really like to see the throughput increased so the wait time could be decreased. Over all a solid second year haunt that will surely work out the bugs as they grow.

The place is a mud hole. Make sure you wear shoes that you don't care to ruin. When walking the trail it is not rock or mulch paths. It is nothing but mud. The characters call it out on the trail saying it's just mud. In my opinion this place is not worth ever visiting. Understaffed and feels very unorganized. Wasted our time and money.

I had an amazing time at Terror Town with my kids. They were so friendly and treated us like family. My 12 year old son decided he was too scared to go on the trail. They went out of their way to show us exceptional hospitality. They gave home a choice to go with him so the scare wouldn’t be as intense or go behind the scenes and see how they make it happen. He chose to go behind the scenes. They went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time. I wish I would’ve got their names, it was the owner, and 2 trail managers, 2 ladies we’re working admissions. They didn’t have to do this, I’m so grateful for the amazing experience and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to see your continued growth. Your goals are so unique and will separate you from the typical haunted house and I love it. I appreciate your amazing generosity to assure we had a great experience. We will be back.
