****GLOBAL WARMING OFFENDER**** I hadn't been to a Burger King in years and thought I would try it for a change. But couldn't because the doors were locked at noon and about 8-10 cars were wrapped around the building idling while waiting to get to the drive through and sending tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. So instead, I went right next door to Penn Station and got a cheese steak sub and was in and out of there in a few minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Penn Station. I will continue to avoid Burger King for years to come.

The workers were very unprofessional. They greeted me buy saying welcome to McDonald’s. They all laughed while there mic’s were on . It took about 3 minutes to order because they were all joking around. I pulled up to the window and the short lady with long hair spilled my drink all over me , then she tried to poor the remaining pop in a new cup. I told her I wanted a new drink because it would be flat . The manager proceeds to say they only ordered a small drink. I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant In Hamilton . I never complain because I know how the fast food business is a struggle. But the service was horrible!

I love the enormous burrito but I haven't had one made right or that was fresh in a long time. The drive thru person whom I believe is a manager wasn't very nice at all and like my previous visits I got a enormous burrito and hashrounds neither which was hot or fresh. They had both been sitting for a while. The best thing in my order was the chocolate milk. I'll most likely never return to this location

Order was correct. Crew at the drive through was nice. Chicken nuggets were not burnt like they often are at other locations.

I had a big order and 2 of my sandwich was old meat and the rest was fresh whiched sucked for me
