Been waiting for 2 days for him to scan my car he keeps telling me he will let me know when on the way and never shows up even said I’ll bring my car to him and he said no I’ll come to you. Very unprofessional all I need is a scan of my car because I’m 9 months pregnant and need my car fixed

I am from Wisconsin and was visiting my daughter when my brakes failed. It was a holiday weekend and Dusten fixed my car on a Sunday night so I could drive back home on Memorial Day and not miss work Tuesday morning. He is friendly and easy to work with.
