We had an issue with our car. Unfortunately the problem was not covered under the warranty. However, spoke with Angel the service manager and she went above and beyond to try to help us out. She explained and clarified why our issue was not covered. And she did so in a VERY professional way. She then helped come up with a finance plan that was feasible for our budget.nI was highly impressed with the friendly and professional way in which we were treated. I felt as though Angel actually cared about helping us resolve this issue that fit all needs considering the circumstances.
