I've been going here for 6 years great place to file your taxes, very friendly and professional.

This is a terrible place to file your taxes. They give you no updates and no paperwork about your tax status. I came in with my required paperwork for filing over a month ago and I haven’t been updated once to know if my refund was accepted or anything. Matter fact, my refund isn’t even coming up on the IRS website as if my taxes weren’t even filed!!!!!!!! This if my first year going to someone for my tax, and last. This place is ridiculous.
