We went here tonight and first of all I didn't think it was too busy for a Saturday. I ordered and the woman taking my order didn't really listen to me at all, and just tried to rush me through the order. When I got to the window she tried to give me a tea with extra ice when I had asked for light ice clear as day at the speaker. The woman was rude about it and dumped the tea with ice back into the top of the dispenser then gave me tea with no ice. I belive that is unsanitary but whatever I guess. She handed out my bag after we waited a bit while she was still being rude. I left mcdonalds and found out my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 large fries and got a large and a medium. The sandwiches were correct but when I started to eat mine it was completely raw in the middle, which isn't good for anyone, but especially not me since I am pregnant. I was very disappointed in not only the customer service, but the handling of my food. Don't think we should come back after this experience.

They are like family!! They are so sweet, I see the morning crew almost everyday! Always bacon egg cheese biscuit with large coffee 6 creams 8 sugars..

The lady taking the orders was so personable. She was taking 2 orders at once and did an amazing job. Very kind. Wish I knew her name. She was working today 11/4/2020 at 12:45.nOn another note, the mocha fraps we got weren't full. :( the cap is domed for the whip cream but it wasn't filled high enough to reach brim of cup. Ome was supposed to be without whip so we ended up getting another so 3 of them made the full amount of 2. Lol. I really was happy with my experience though.
