Cindy was very kind, helpful and informative. I had rented a storage unit off East First Street in The Plains. It was a clean unit, the grounds were very clean and there was never an issue with my unit being tampered with. I highly recommend reaching out to Get Storage!

Rented a cargo trailer for 2 days to move furniture. Trailer was in good shape. Service was great, quick and easy. Price was not to bad.

Fast east and friendly

Associate was totally inept. Rented a truck that the number on the contract was not the correct truck number, gas was listed wrong, milledge listed wrong as well. Upon returning a few hours later in new concord ohio, we were charged an additional day, 701 mile usage as it said the truck was returned in michigan, extra gas charge for not returning with the same amount of gas, when it was returned with more. Poor service!! Total additional charges totalling $399.74
