Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location was bearable up until tonight. While my bowls are always as light as they can possibly make them, I’m talking half the rice as other locations, tonight they were out of two of my ingredients. Because they were out oof white rice I had to get brown rice, which is perfectly fine except the fact that the rice was still hard and virtually uncooked. Ran out of cheese and didn’t even bother to go open a new bag so I got 5 shreds on top of my bowl. It’s like the employees are just so concerned with getting your food into the bag they don’t care about quality, just lazy in my opinion. Two stars only because the food is usually good quality outside of being half portions and the staff is generally nice outside of their laziness.

I’m sure it’s fine if you order in-person, but literally every single time I’ve ordered delivery (3-4 times) they’ve forgotten an item and I’m at the point where I’m just going to delete the chipotle app. The quality check standards for this location is very low. I would highly, highly recommend avoiding getting delivery though this chipotle and only going for In-person carry out so that you can check yourself that everything is in the bag

Great food fast service. Just not constant. Never taste the same

Online orders is down 1/23/2021 so service was slow . Food was good though.

The pick up for the online orders was terrible. App said order would be ready to be picked up at 6:30. At least 20 people waiting and waiting , meanwhile one person was in the actual line. Walked out with my food after waiting over 30 minutes.nMight be easier for you to just walk in and order.
