Pizza Hut

Waited 1h20 mins after estimated delivery of 1h. Called the store just to check to make sure it was received etc. Girl answering phone responded their system was down and at first said she couldnt do anything. Asked when I ordered and what the estimate was. I provided the info nicely and stated its 20 mins late. She couldnt even confirm an order was received and/or was being delivered. She then asked for my phone number and said she would text the driver to see. Then immediately told me I would have to call back in twenty more minutes. I replied in no mean tone that I could notice that what she was suggesting was horrible customer service why wouldnt she call me after hearing back from the driver. She then told me I was mean. I tried to explain myself and that I wasn't being mean, she talked over me the whole time then hung up. I called the store back twice and the phone was answered and immediately hung up. I had to tweet pizza hut to even get anyone to respond to me.nnEdit: it’s been almost a week and the manager still hasn’t called me and I’ve been charged for food I didn’t take. Was told by corporate and the driver the manager would call me last week... nothing

Food was good but the customer service was horrible. The girl behind the counter had a very bad attitude. And she was the only one in the store without a mask on. Worst service I have ever had.

They don’t ever answer there phone and when they do they’re rude most the time

Quick service, good pizza. However consistency when it comes to bake time isn't always great. We have had pizza undercooked and overcooked.
