I usually don't order from Advanced. But I gave them a try again after a bad experience last year.nI was very surprised at how well things worked out this time.nI placed my order, 30 minutes later I stopped by the store and my order was ready to go. Zach is amazing!! My 2011 Honda CRV would not start after being at Petland- right behind Advance Auto. Not only did Zach walk over to jump us, he took the time to explain the battery covers. He even mentioned I could go awhile without a new battery but I didn't feel like getting a jump everytime or worrying. He found us an ideal battery and installed it in no time flat. So grateful that we were close enough without having a tow or find someone to jump the car!! Advance has those handy portable chargers. So awesome. Last year I purchased deer whistles from here and they work like a charm!! Thanks Zach!

Honestly 3 out of 5 is being nice. Customer service is pretty poor. First and probably last time I'll be in that specific store.
