I had great customer service from the time I called about price for tires and Rick helped me to the day I arrived for my appointment and Carl helped me at service desk. It was reasonably priced and they were on scheduled time and took less time to complete than I expected. They are part of Don Wood Toyota. There are only two things I can say negative. They did not have refreshments, like bottled water or juices for patrons while waiting like the place I normally go. They said it was because of covid, but that makes no sense, since you can go to any gas station, drive thru, grocery store, ect and and buy sealed containers of drinks that stockers and clerks touch. My other negative thing was the seating. The chairs were very uncomfortable in waiting area. The chairs are so worn out there are actually indintations in every chair that look like someone just got up from them. The chairs are very low backed and not a good choice for a waiting area. The two negative things I mentioned, would not deter me from using their service again.

Absolutely amazing service! They did a front end alignment and a tire change for me. Seriously how do they not have hundreds of 5 star reviews??? Even though they are tied to Toyota dealership they work on pretty much anything. They're honest, professional, and fast. I appreciated that they put my spare back in the compartment under the trunk carpet rather than just plopping it into the trunk. Little details like that show me they care!! Y'all just earned a new permanent loyal customer! Thank you!
