Very competent mechanics. The front counter manager is very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicles. Reasonable, competitive prices. Good experience.
Do not take your car here! I took my car in for an oil change and to have all 4 tires replaced. They told me it $29 for the oil change and would cost $110 per tire. When I went to pick up my car, they tried to charge me over $800. I asked how that was possible and the guy mumbled incoherently then lowered it to $685. He tried to justify an extra $186.38 in mount & balance fees they did not previously disclose. The cherry on top is that they only actually put on 3 new tires, even though I OVER paid for 4 tires. It is completely obvious that it's still the old, bald tire. Even the brand name doesn't match the other 3 tires. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and kept insisting that someone must have stolen the new tire off the car. You know...because thieves are considerate and take the time to put the new tire on the same rim. I called their corporate office to advise them that their employee is stealing from them, and the CSR hung up on me. Trust me...take your car somewhere else!!

My sister had her car fixed here! At first it was great, they gave her a discount and were very friendly, but when she got onto the road after getting her car fixed, her tires came off. Apparently, they forgot to screw the lug nuts onto the tires. That was a nightmare that could’ve been easily fixed. After the incident we’ve spent over $500 fixing the issue. I will never go to one of these centers because of that. No one should have to go through what my sister did.
