Helpful and friendly service! They get me in and out in a timely manner. They have good communication about what my car needs and have reasonable prices.

I called, a woman answers and I ask for a quote. She puts me on hold without even asking for five minutes. Then the call disconnects. I call back 3 times only to get the automated voice telling me no one is available to take my call please try again later. I figure if they are to busy to have good customer service on the phone or for that matter to answer it, they did not want my patronage.

I have always received excellent service there. The lady is always polite and helpful. The people working there always explain if something isn't right. You don't see this kind of treatment much anymore. I will continue to take my vehicle there if I have any problems

I just want to say how great Amanda is.She goes above and beyond to help me out.She always has an upbeat attitude and even when she has to give you bad news about your car you walk out feeling like she really cares I will always take my car to mr tire in Athens it's such a great place to go it's like family and you are treat like family
