This was the best car dealership ship we have dealt with. Excellent service! They were not pushy at all. Maycie helped us get a great van, and then even though it was past closing she sat in the vehicle with me and showed me all the features and helped me connect my phone. Above and beyond!

Scheduling department sucks! If you want to go to the Athens location, call, dont schedule online. Didn't ask for tire rotation - they did it anyway (just bought new tires last week, did not need rotated!!). They did adjust bill though. Oil change price went up - no need to drive that far for an oil change to save maybe $5.00 - will get oil changed elsewhere in the future. However, there was a gentleman that assisted that was very nice and understanding of the scheduling frustration and the mistake of rotating tires (he is the only reason I gave 3 stars)!

I had a positive experience. Noone was there on top of you trying to swindle you and they even sell some of their used cars just above trade in value rather than MSRP. Would definitely return here
