Hi, I was calling you guys and Rachel that works for you stated she was frustrated because I called to receive clarification of a tax lien on my mothers property. I dont understand why she would be frustrated. I know my mother had called once but as she's getting older I make sure to do follow ups so I can help her in the future. I stated that she is doing her job and I dont understand why she would be frustrated with me just calling for clarification. This was a conversation that lasted only 6 minutes and I dont know why I was such a burden. I will state that I was polite and professional but she was not. I really hope I dont have to call you guys in the future. Big thumbs down people in gahanna where I currently live have never done anything like this to me. Makes me second guess on buying property down there in the future.
