My friend’s family camps here every summer, and has their own camper down there. Every-time I’ve been there has been so incredibly fun and a great experience. All of the worker’s are very nice, the place is nice and has so many fun things to do. Swimming at the beach is very fun especially with all the inflatables. Also just going out on the boat and enjoying the view, fishing, or just swimming is very fun. Love the trails and riding the golf cart around the campsite, meeting new people and making friends. Lots of other kids there, it is great. The park is amazing, basketball and volleyball courts, and sometimes they even have an inflatable trampoline sort of thing blown up that is fun to jump around on. The camp store has all sorts of things you might need, plus the staff is very helpful. They also have very fun events on certain days or holidays like 4th of July, Halloween, and sometimes a band playing, etc. Overall I’ve had great experiences and highly suggest going here. I’ve read the other reviews and people seem to have trouble when staying in the cabins which I have never done or seen. But camping out in your own camper is fun.

Absolutely horrible service. Very much mislead. Came here rented a cabin to have a nice get away with the kids. Couldn't check in till 4pm then when EVERYTHING CLOSED AT 6PM and was told no one would be in the 3 days My children and I stayed. First off Grill didn't work! Had to cook everything inside, mind you the air didn't work at ALL! Then Kid's literally got stuck in one of the cabin rooms! Had to get them out threw the window. Been waiting over an hour for someone to come unlock this door to get my things out! I'm asking for a refund tomorrow morning. Not sending another night here!

Park was very neat to visit. They have giant air slides and trampolines you can jump into the water from floating. Bad is NO PRIVACY. Rented a cabin for days. Was EXTREMELY QUICK to respond to ANY needs we had. Maybe a privacy fence between the bathroom changing area and the cabins.

Pretty sure I've already left a review about here, but Google just prompted me. Love it here, the staff is always funny and friendly. We love the trails, and the lake is gorgeous. Crystal clear water, a fun obstacle course that floats in the swimming area. Our three year old son even does it. Cannot wait till the trails open up so we can start going back. We have a camper down here, and have made some friends.

Writing this review on the porch of cabin 1. Which isn’t a cabin, but a duplex. Zero privacy. They dropped a lot of money on cute pictures to hang on the walls & have longaberger baskets to hold extra rolls of TP, but not a single towel rack, hook, or shelf to hang your wet towel. The rooms have NO PLACE to put your stuff except the floor or bed. No dresser, shelve, rack, hook, or closet. Nothing. No tv. You have to pay to be in the swimming area. I thought a campground on a lake would have a large swimming area but you are confined to a small, very, very small swim area for a fee. No place to just relax & build sandcastles. The playground is closed & under construction. The food is pretty bad if you order from Frogg’s. I won’t be back. I don’t want to be nickel & dimed for everything. I thought we found a cool place for the whole family & we were wrong. You also have to pay to drive your buggy around on their trails. Nothing is included. I feel like I got ripped off.
