Caywood Point, Finger Lakes National Forest

Beautiful view at the bottom. Nice rocky trail to the bottom. Not a very long hike but gets steeper at the end. Historic site of the queens house at the bottom. Also there is a boat dock if you plan on coming via water. If you had some ambition you could walk to Bagleys or Caywood winery from here.

I saw the sign on my way back from a job site and decided to stop and I was glad I did. The views are phenomenal. The hike down wasn't bad the hike back up is a little steep. I am looking forward to go back.

The campsite by the lake is very nice, it was very clean, had plenty of room for multiple families, and had fire pits. There is also a boat dock.

Wonderful place... Warning Don't touch any green or any vine or any wood unless you have gloves.... I got poison sumac it's everywhere if you have allergies you're in trouble enjoy without touching lol
