Beautiful statue placed between two roads. Lovely attraction. Pumpkins, hay bales, all the fall decor around the statue as well. Area to park in a gas area across the street from the statue. Will need to walk to it.

This is an amazing statue I visit every time I pass through Sleepy Hollow. I brought a group of my friends (18 total) up from NYC to see the statue and they all agreed it was great. If you're in or near SH then you NEED TO VISIT.

It's smaller and more rustic than I thought it would be. It's basically in a median between the road and a gas station. If you park in the cemetery, just walk over from there. You'll also pass the spot where the bridge that Washington Irving wrote about used to stand.

Meh. The location for the statue was kind of strange (in the middle of a narrow “park”, next to a high traveled road). The statue was also weirdly angled, you have to stand either extremely far away, which is dangerous and you can’t really do, since there’s a high traffic road a few inches away from the statue on both sides. They need to move the statue somewhere on the grounds of the manor across the street where people don’t have to worry about getting run over taking a picture.
